Returns and Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

If Junees.com receives your returned merchandise within 7 days of the date you received your order, Junees.com will be happy to offer a full refund for the original purchase price. Any returned merchandise received within 8–30 days of the original receipt will be issued a web or store credit. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Returns will only be accepted for merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed. All merchandise must be returned with the original receipt, the original packing slip, as well as the return & exchange form. Your return will be processed within 7–10 business days upon receipt of the items to our warehouse. The refund will be applied to the original credit card used to make the purchase, or, as mentioned above, a web credit will be issued. Please be aware that some banks will often take up to 2 billing periods before refunds will appear on your credit card statement. There is Absolutely no returns or exchanges on sale items. All shells must be returned in their orginal packaging unopened, unworn, and with original tags and labels attached. Any opened packages are non-returnable and non-exchaneable.

Please Note: Shipping and Handling charges are always non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

If I buy an item online, can I exchange it to a store?

Junees.com is happy to exchange at any original Junee store. You can exchange your items to any of the following convenient locations:

Please refer to our exchange policy procedures in order to make sure you include all necessary items for a convenient exchange. When returning an item in the mail, it is advisable to return your items in an insured, traceable method to guarantee a safe delivery. Junees.com does not accept responsibility for any item(s) lost in the mail. We do not accept COD deliveries.

Foreign Orders

Since they have to go through US Customs on their return, we do not exchange or credit goods shipped out of USA. For all international orders, shipping prices will be determined and a representative will contact you with the cost.

Can I cancel my order?

Junees.com will allow orders to be cancelled within 12 hours of placing an original order. There will be no refunds of shipping and handling charges for orders cancelled after 12 hours.

Shipping Table

International orders are shipped via USPS International First-class mail. Duties are NOT included and declared based on the price paid for the item, what the item is, and the location that the product was manufactured. Remember, while orders usually ship the same day it can take between 14-45 business days to arrive.
