RETURN POLICY FOR IN STORE RETURNS AS FOLLOWS:

  • Returns will only be accepted with either digital or physical receipt/invoice.
  • Stores will accept NON-SALE items only!
  • Stores will accept returns within seven business days of package’s delivery date.
  • Stores will accept Junee and Junee Jr items only if purchased from the Junees.com website.
  • All returns accepted by store locations will be strictly store credited only.
  • (If you would like a refund or a web credit please see return policy below)

*Hours for all stores (except Monsey) 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Thursday.

Hours for Monsey are 10:30 am to 6 pm Monday through Thursday.

No returns will be accepted in stores on Sunday or Fridays.

 

 

 

 

GUIDE ON HOW TO CREATE A WEB RETURN:

  • Junees.com must receive your returned merchandise within 7-days of the date you received your package for Junees.com to happily offer a full refund for the original purchase price.
  • Any returned merchandise received within 14 days of the original receipt will be issued a web credit/gift card which will be sent via the email address used to create your order.
  • No returns can be accepted after our 14th day return policy.
  • All merchandise must be returned with the original receipt, the original packing slip, as well as the return & exchange form (please see “Guide On How To Ship Your Return” for link to Return Form)
  • Your return will be processed within 7–10 business days upon arrival of the items to our warehouse.
  • Your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method whether that is a credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, or  gift card.
  •  Once we process your refund it is up to your card company to post the credit to your account,

That process typically takes 3-7 business days.

  • Please Note:  Shipping and Handling charges are always non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

 

GUIDE ON WHAT ITEMS ARE ELLIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:

  • If your return exceeds over our $250 return limit per order number,

You will be charged a $2.00 restocking fee per unit.

  • All sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are non-refundable or exchangeable.
  • Final Sale items include marked down items or any items purchased from the sale tab.
  • We do NOT accept in store purchases to our warehouse. To create a return for in store purchases please contact a store rep.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the merchandise received has not been worn, washed, or altered from its original form in any way.
  • Shells are considered FINAL SALE and are therefore non-refundable or exchangeable.
  • International orders are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. As Junees will not be responsible for any duties or taxes on foreign orders.

 

GUIDE ON HOW TO SHIP YOUR RETURN:

  • Unfortunately, we do not provide prepaid return labels currently.

If you would like to create a return, please do so at your own expense.

  •  Simply fill out our “Return & Exchange Form” and return it with your merchandise and original receipt to:  Junees.com 1850 McDonald Ave Brooklyn, NY 11223.

  • If you are concerned about when your return will arrive to us, we recommend priority or express shipping your return to us!

 

GUIDE ON HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER:

  • Junees.com will allow orders to be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing an order. There will be no refunds of shipping and handling charges for orders cancelled after 30 minutes.

GUIDE ON SHIPPING CARRIER INFROMATION:

Attention: Due to these trying times please allow us 2-5 business days to get all orders ready to be packed and shipped out! We try our hardest to fulfill all your orders as best as possible by even pulling stock from our store locations! Please keep that in mind when placing an order with multiple sizes/styles/or sale items.

 

  • International orders are shipped via FedEx priority/Economy Mail.
  • Duties are NOT included and declared based on the price paid for the item, what the item is, and the location that the product was manufactured.
  • Reminder for International customers: while orders usually ship the same day it can take between 7-14 business days to arrive due to the shipping carriers.
  • Ground and Home delivery shipping will be available for orders with quantities over 20+ items. Which will be delivered within 5-7 Business days timeframe within the USA.
  • First class mail shipping will be available for orders with quantities under 5 items.

Which will be delivered within a 2-5 Business days timeframe within the USA.

  • Priority Mail shipping will be available for regular orders with quantities ranging from 5-20+ items.

Which will be delivered within 5-7 Business days timeframe within the USA.

  • Once your order has been confirmed and shipped out you will receive a confirmation email, which will include your tracking number for your convenience.
