How do I know if my order went through?

You will receive a confirmation number at the conclusion of the order process. You will also receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order. When your order ships, you will also receive an email notification with tracking number (when available). You can track your package with the link in the email.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

We provide a quick turnaround to all purchases. Orders will generally be shipped within 1 business days from when you place your order. Transit time depends on the shipping method choose when checking out and your location.

What if I need my order fast? Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Yes. We aren’t the most patient when we want something either so we’re happy to get your order to you faster. That’s why we provide UPS next-day air, UPS 2nd-day air and UPS 3-day select, USPS 3-5 business days, so your purchase can get to you ASAP.[Express shipping must be selected before 11:00am EST to have your order delivered the following business day.

How do I change or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order by emailing orders@junees.com, or by calling us at 1-347-587-2780. Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. There will be no refunds of shipping and handling charges for orders cancelled after 12 hours.

Do you ship international?

Yes we do. Since they have to go through Customs we are not responsible for any duties and fees, we do not exchange or credit goods shipped out of USA. For all international orders, shipping prices will be determined at checkout.

Why doesn’t my tracking number work?

Sometimes the shipping carriers take up to 24 hours to display tracking information on the web. If you still have any questions, feel free to contact us by e-mail or phone.

Payments & Returns.

How do I know that my online purchase is secure?

Junees.com uses an encrypted SSL, which keeps your information secure while you’re making your
purchase.

What payment method does Junees.com accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Why has my payment failed?

There are many reasons payment errors can occur and several steps you can take to resolve
potential issues. Please review your personal credit card information to verify that everything has
been entered correctly. You could also try a different credit card or payment method. If problems
persist, please contact your bank, as it is possible your account lacks insufficient funds or has been
flagged for security reasons. For any other issues or questions, please contact our customer care
representatives.

What is your return policy?

Open shells, open tights and sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
If Junees.com receives your returned merchandise within 7 days of the date you received your
order, Junees.com will be happy to offer a full refund for the original purchase price. Any
returned merchandise received within 8–30 days of the original receipt will be issued a web or
store credit. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Returns will only be accepted for
merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed. All merchandise must be returned
with the original receipt, the original packing slip, as well as the return & exchange form. Your
return will be processed within 7–10 business days upon receipt of the items to our warehouse.
The refund will be applied to the original credit card used to make the purchase, or, as
mentioned above, a web credit will be issued. Please be aware that some banks will often take
up to 2 billing periods before refunds will appear on your credit card statement. There is
absolutely no returns or exchanges on sale items. All shells must be returned in their original
packaging unopened, unworn, and with original tags and labels attached. Any opened packages
are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Please Note: Shipping and Handling charges are always non-refundable. The customer is
responsible for all shipping costs.

How do I return or exchange an item (s)?

Go to customer service, print out the return and exchange form fill it out and send it back to us.
We are not responsible for the shipping cost back to us and we are not responsible for the shipping back to you on an exchange item.

When will I receive my exchanged item?

If you request an exchange, we will proceed with sending you the exchanged product(s) as soon as we have received the returned goods in our fulfillment center. Depending on your location, this can take up to 7-10 business days. Please keep in mind if the item that you request is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit. You can also let us know if you’d prefer to cancel this item or exchange it for an alternate item that is available on the website.
